Born in Brazil and long fascinated by fashion, British culture, architecture and way of life, Virginia has always had a particular passion for handbags. To her, the right bag is more than just an accessory — it is the piece that can completely transform an outfit.

In 2025, that passion became Valene: a personal curation of handbags bringing together timeless classics, new styles and pieces that reflect the very best of contemporary fashion.

The idea was never to create a collection for just one type of woman. Valene was created to accompany women through different moments of life — at work, while travelling, meeting friends for lunch, spending a day with the children or dressing for a special occasion — with styles that move effortlessly from casual to sophisticated.

And behind it all is one simple idea: to make it easier to find that bag that feels just right for the moment, the outfit and the woman carrying it.
